Construction decision:
A unit for the care and discovery of gifted and genius people was established at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Zagazig University by the decision of the College Council on 3/10/2020 AD.

Raising a generation of talented, creative and distinguished people in all scientific, artistic and cultural fields, by providing a stimulating creative environment characterized by a scientific methodology based on quality and its goal is excellence and leadership to advance Egypt regionally and internationally.
Unit message:
Discovering and nurturing talented, creative and distinguished people, in all scientific, artistic and cultural fields, by creating an appropriate scientific and research environment to develop their abilities, and investing their energies as successful participants in achieving development in the scientific, artistic and economic aspects of Egyptian society.
Unit objectives:
Providing media awareness programs to spread the culture of interest in talent, creativity and excellence in society.
Discover and attract talented, creative and distinguished people to the college.
Nurturing gifted people through various enrichment programs.
Providing the appropriate scientific and research environment to nurture, develop and encourage the gifted, creative and distinguished.
Establishing the principle of cooperation and partnership with relevant parties internally and externally.
Participating in holding, organizing and attending exhibitions, conferences, seminars and courses in the field of talent, creativity and excellence.
Promoting methods for discovering talented people in all scientific, academic, artistic and sports fields.
Emphasizing equality and equal opportunities in the system for preparing gifted and talented people.
Raising internal efficiency and external efficiency for educating the gifted and gifted by establishing a mechanism to follow up on success, failure, and dropout rates in gifted and gifted education programs, in order to quickly correct any deviation and address it scientifically.
Allocating budgets to educate the gifted and gifted, as well as allocating budgets for scientific research in the field of developing the gifted and their education systems.

Supporting and strengthening international cooperation in the field of discovering and teaching gifted people by sending gifted students and sponsoring them to some foreign countries that are distinguished by their distinguished expertise in this field at a rate of 0.5% annually.
Recruiting foreign and Arab experts to transfer their expertise in the field of discovering and teaching gifted people.
Holding joint research between the National Center for the Care of the Gifted and Innovators to discover and care for the proposed gifted, and among others like it in Arab and foreign countries, or distinguished research centers in this field in accordance with the research plan of the Center for the Care of the Gifted and Innovators
