1. It is headed by one of the faculty members who are accredited by the Authority to carry out the tasks of collecting and organizing data and information and making plans related to strategic planning tasks.
2. Committee for Statistics and Environmental Analysis (Prof. Manal Mansour - Prof. Salwa Mousa - A Nesma Ahmed)
3. It is chaired by one of the auditing faculty members accredited by the National Authority for Quality Assurance to perform the tasks of preparing forms and questionnaires and conducting environmental analysis.
4. Awareness, Information and Communication Committee: (Dr. Howaida Abdel Hamid - Dr. Moni Abu Hashem)
5. It is chaired by one of the approved faculty members of the National Authority for Quality Assurance to carry out the tasks of spreading the culture of strategic planning and strategic thinking, supervising its implementation, evaluating its results and activating the communication systems between the college and the external community within the scope of strategic planning.
6. Implementation and Follow-up Committee of the Plan (Prof. Gihan El-Sawy - Prof. Enas Ghanem - Prof. Amira Yehia-A Marwa Gouda)
7. It is headed by one of the distinguished faculty members in the field of quality to carry out the tasks of implementing the plan and its competence, coordinating with the planning unit at the university and conducting an internal audit and review of the executive plan with the quality unit of the faculty and conducting internal audit and review of the executive plan at the faculty.
