The obligations resulting from our agreement, we have agreed on the following:
The first article
The two parties encourage cooperation between them in the fields of sports, arts, music, and home economics

The two parties work to support sports and artistic cooperation between them through the following mechanisms:

Article Three
The two parties will form a joint technical committee with equal numbers from each side, which will meet once at the beginning
Each academic year, in agreement between the two colleges, it is permissible to hold periodic meetings based on the agreement
The two parties shall have the following tasks:
1- Proposing areas of sports and artistic cooperation between the two colleges.
2- Propose and implement the mechanisms referred to in Article Two.
3 - The committee submits its report and recommendations to both parties.
Article Four
This agreement is considered a general framework for cooperation between the two parties in the sports and artistic fields
