It reviews all certificates and data for foreign female students issued by their colleges before correcting them from the competent authorities and then certifying them from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Preparing a register to register female students in which a statement of everything included in the student’s file is recorded, as well as the date of her departure from the university. Addressing the conditions of female students who have special circumstances (return after a break, family situations, faltering, interruption, withdrawal) Introducing students to the programs offered by the college, the various academic departments and specializations, and the academic degrees they award. Facilitating the process of integrating foreign students with college students, the university community, and Egyptian society in general. Informing and promoting all study programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels offered by the college Providing information to international students by providing a database that answers their questions and inquiries about admission conditions, available specializations, tuition fees, registration procedures, attendance and absence, and benefiting from the medical and social services provided by the university. Working to overcome the difficulties facing international students, whether in their field of study or in their daily lives. Organizing periodic meetings with international female students at the undergraduate level (bachelor’s) and postgraduate students (diploma, master’s, doctorate), at the beginning of the year and the new semester, and whenever the need arises. Arranging meetings between newcomers and their colleagues from previous batches to play the role of a guide or a bridge between them and the various officials and departments in the college and outside it. Receiving suggestions and complaints from expatriates, studying them, and directing them to the relevant authorities.
