Article (1): The Faculty of Physical Education for Girls at Zagazig University issues a semi-annual scientific journal and publishes scientific research and articles in the field of educational and physical studies, sports sciences and related fields conducted or in which faculty members in the faculties of physical education and pedagogy in colleges, universities, higher institutes and research centers and bodies participate and authorizes it. The judging panel is in the name of:

Article (2): The college also issues the English language edition on a semi-annual basis under the name

Article (3) Areas of research published in the magazine:

The journal accepts for publication research in the following areas:

1 - Sciences that serve the Training Division.

2 - Sciences that serve the Organization and Administration Division.

3 - Sciences that serve the Education Division.

4- Educational, social, psychological and health sciences.

5-Sciences in modern fields aimed at solving societal problems related to the fields of sports and physical education and sports sciences that serve the environment.

6- Sciences for the elderly and people with special needs.

Article (4) Objectives of the magazine:

1- Participate in activating and encouraging the scientific research movement.

2- Achieving a new addition to the scientific arena in the sports fields.

3- Publishing and promoting scientific sports studies.

4- Supporting and publishing internal seminars and conferences of scientific departments and all scientific activities in the fields of youth, physical education and sports.A

Article (5) Formation of the magazine’s board of directors:

The magazine's board of directors is formed by a decision of the college council, which consists of:

1- Prof. Dr. Dean of the College, Chairman of the Board of Directors

2- Prof./Dean of the College for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

3- Prof. Dr., one of the faculty members with experience, the editor-in-chief

4- Prof. Dr., one of the faculty members, editorial secretary

5- Gentlemen/professors, arbitrators from abroad and foreign members of the editorial board

 

Article (6) Powers of the magazine’s board of directors:

Establishing the rules regulating the magazine’s work, the work plan, the tasks of its employees, and their rewards.

Determine the selling price of issues of the magazine at the beginning of each year, according to the cost price, administrative expenses, and an estimate of the number of copies printed, as well as the number of copies given as gifts to organizations and individuals.

Preparing the magazine’s annual financial plan and its final account before submitting it to the competent authorities.

Reviewing the periodic reports submitted on the progress of the magazine’s business and financial position.

Considering all issues related to the magazine, whether related to changing the board of directors, the editorial board, the magazine’s secretariat, or work plans in the magazine, and updating them, as well as updating subscription and publication fees in the magazine.

Article (7) Duties of the magazine secretary:

* The journal secretary receives research from researchers, follows up on its review, presents it to the editor-in-chief, and corresponds with the researchers and reviewers until the research is accepted or rejected.

Article (8) The technical secretary of the magazine:

* The technical secretary of the magazine produces the magazine after completing its research by sending it to the printing press after preparing it technically in terms of research types and arrangement so that it is valid.

Article (9) Arbitration Tribunal:

The arbitration panel shall be formed from the list of arbitrators approved by the Supreme Council of Universities in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as professors, members of scientific committees for the promotion of professors and assistant professors, education sector committees of the Supreme Council of Universities, and specialized professors from Arab and foreign countries, provided that the arbitration panel shall not be less than two members. In the event of a difference of opinion, the research shall be referred to a member. A third is determined by the Board of Directors, and in the event that the research is rejected by the third evaluator, the researcher is not entitled to recover any amounts paid.

Article (10) Arbitration Procedures:

1- The research is sent to the journal’s website (jsei.journals.ekb.eg), where it is initially evaluated to determine whether the research conforms to the journal’s policy and rules.

2- The researcher will be informed of the approval to pay the arbitration fees, and the research will be directed to a number of (2) arbitrators who are members of the scientific committees and a list of arbitrators approved by the Supreme Council of Universities and specialists in the field of research (this is after ensuring the confidentiality of the researcher’s personal information during the evaluation process).

3- In the event that there are comments by the referees on the research, these notes are sent to the researcher via e-mail to make the amendment and re-send within a week.

4- In the event that one of the arbitrators rejects the research, the researcher will be notified to pay the fees for the third arbitration, and upon acceptance, the notes will be sent to the researcher to conduct them and re-submit them.

5- The research may be rejected by both arbitrators. In this case, the researcher will be informed of the reasons for the rejection and the arbitration fees will not be refunded.

6- The researcher’s modifications are reviewed and a final acceptance is made to publish the research (with the acceptance being sent via e-mail to the researcher).

Article (11): Research is published in the magazine according to the first order of its receipt and after approval by the arbitration committee and approval by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Article (12): The researcher reviews the research for linguistic and writing errors and uses a program

((Microsoft Word, taking into account the following:

1- The size of the margins at the top (3.5 cm) and at the sides (3 cm) should be as well as at the bottom of the paper.

- Main title of the search font: Simplified Arabic, font size 20, Bold.

- Simplified Arabic script, font size 14 normal, and the names of researchers and scientists are written in Bold.

- Foreign writing font: Times New Roman, font size, 12, bold.

-Simplified Arabic headings font, font size 16, Bold, and small titles, font size 14, Bold.

- Times New Roman font for foreign titles, font size 16, Bold.

2-Leave a space and a half between the lines.

3- The number of words in one line ranges between 8-12 words.

4- The number of lines on one page does not exceed twenty lines.

5- Pages are numbered consecutively, as well as tables, figures, and pictures.

Article (13): When writing research and articles, it should be taken into account that they should not exceed 15 pages when published in the Arab magazine and 12 pages in the foreign magazine, and that the scientific method should be followed in presenting the tables and commenting on them.

Article (14): * The arbitrator expresses his opinion on the suitability of the research for publication as an innovative research (the general form and accuracy of the language, the clarity of the purpose and methodology, the documentation, the comprehensiveness and modernity of the references, the originality, innovation, and scientific value of the content, the depth of the discussion, the soundness of the conclusions and conclusions, the method and accuracy of presentation, the extent of the applicability of the results. ) in an independent report supported by justifications within two weeks.

* In the event that there are amendments, the researcher will have a similar period to make the amendments, and the researcher will upload the amended version to the journal’s website (jsei.journals.ekb.eg) to review the required amendments.

Article (15): Research papers must be submitted in one of the Arabic or foreign languages provided that they are accompanied by an abstract in both languages of no more than 200 words maximum.

Arbitration and publishing fees for the supporting body within the college:-

- The researcher pays from the supporting body within the college the amount of 300 three hundred Egyptian pounds only, the value of submitting to the journal for review of one research, whether individual or joint, and they are transferred to the journal’s account.

- Arbitration expenses are 150 one hundred and fifty Egyptian pounds for each arbitrator.

- If the research is rejected by one of the refereeing professors and based on the researcher’s request, the research will be presented to a third referee in exchange for an additional 150 one hundred and fifty Egyptian pounds.

- The researcher pays to publish the research in the journal an amount of 500 five hundred Egyptian pounds for a maximum of 15 fifteen pages, and in the event that the number of pages exceeds that, he receives an amount of 15 fifteen Egyptian pounds for each page.

Arbitration and publishing fees for researchers outside the college:

- The researcher from outside the college pays only 400, four hundred Egyptian pounds, the value of submitting one research paper to the journal for review, whether individually or jointly, and they are transferred to the journal’s account.

- Arbitration expenses: 200 two hundred Egyptian pounds for each arbitrator.

- If the research is rejected by one of the refereeing professors and based on the researcher’s request, the research will be presented to a third reviewer for an additional amount of 200 two hundred Egyptian pounds.

- The researcher pays an amount of 650 six hundred and fifty Egyptian pounds to publish the research in the journal, for a maximum of 15 fifteen pages. In the event that the number of pages exceeds that, the researcher receives an amount of 15 fifteen Egyptian pounds for each page.

In the case of accepting research from outside the Arab Republic of Egypt:

- The researcher pays an amount of 300 three hundred US dollars as the value of submitting to the Arab Journal for Research Arbitration, including arbitration and publication.

- Arbitration fees are 40 forty US dollars for each arbitrator.

- If the research is rejected by one of the refereeing professors and based on the researcher’s request, the research will be presented to a third referee in exchange for an additional 40 forty US dollars.

Publication expenses are 220 US dollars, for a maximum of 15 fifteen pages. In the event that the number of pages exceeds 15 pages, the researcher will receive an amount of (5) US dollars for each page.

1- The researcher from within the Arab Republic of Egypt pays only 600 Egyptian pounds, the value of submitting one research paper to the journal for arbitration, whether individually or jointly, and they are transferred to the journal’s account in one of the banks chosen by the Board of Directors.

Arbitration fees: 300 pounds, three hundred Egyptian pounds for each arbitrator.

If the research is rejected by one of the refereeing professors and based on the researcher’s request, the research will be presented to a third referee in exchange for an additional sum of 300 pounds, three hundred Egyptian pounds.

* The researcher pays an amount of 1,200 Egyptian pounds to publish the research in the journal, for a maximum of 12 pages. In the event that the number of pages exceeds this, an amount of 30 thirty Egyptian pounds is paid for each page.

In the event that research from outside the Arab Republic of Egypt is accepted, the following shall be done:

2- The researcher pays an amount of 350 three hundred US dollars as the value of applying to the foreign arbitration journal

Research and publishing.

* Arbitration expenses are 100 hundred dollars each for the foreign arbitrator and 400 quarter hundred pounds for the Egyptian arbitrator.

* If the research is rejected by one of the refereeing professors and based on the researcher’s request, the research will be presented to a third referee in exchange for an additional 100 hundred US dollars.

* If the research is rejected by one of the refereeing professors and based on the researcher’s request, the research will be presented to a third referee in exchange for an additional 100 hundred US dollars.

* If the number of pages exceeds (12) pages, the foreign researcher will receive an amount of (5) US dollars for each page.

Article (18): A technical, financial and administrative secretariat committee for the magazine shall be formed, consisting of no more than five members, and a financial reward shall be determined for them, determined by the Board of Directors.

Article (19): The magazine’s copyright is reserved, and research may not be published in any other way or in any other magazine, symposium, or conference without written permission from the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Article (20): The researcher who subscribes to an issue of the magazine is given a copy of it free of charge, and the price of one copy of the magazine for non-subscribers is 50 pounds, fifty pounds only for Egyptians, and 50 dollars for foreigners, and the price will be reviewed with the knowledge of the magazine’s board of directors.

Article (21): All research submitted for publication shall not be returned to its owners, whether published or not. In the event of approval for publication, the editorial board has the right to publish it at the time it deems appropriate.

Article (22): The magazine is committed to complete confidentiality regarding the arbitration process and the names of the arbitrators.

Article (23): Articles and research by a professor will be accepted and published without arbitration in the journal after fulfilling the formal conditions for publication in exchange for an amount of 200 pounds, two hundred pounds, while research in which there is a professor with an assistant professor, teacher, or researcher will be peer-reviewed in exchange for the fees specified in Article No. (16). .

Article (24): A percentage of 30% of the net return is allocated to each issue issued by the magazine. It is considered 100% and is distributed to the members of the magazine’s Board of Directors and the financial and administrative secretaries working in the magazine according to the magazine’s Board of Directors’ evaluation of the performance of each member of the Board of Directors.

Article (25): The Board of Directors may donate copies of each issue of the magazine to public figures or some educational or research institutions for the purpose of exchanging scientific publications, supporting cultural relations, or introducing the magazine and the college’s achievements.

Final provisions

Article (26) The rights to copyright and publish research contained in the journal belong to the college after publishing it in the journal. The researcher does not have the right to demand publication or printing of issues of the journal issued by the college, or to demand participation in its revenue.

Article (27) The College Council, the magazine’s board of directors, and the editorial board are not responsible for the results, recommendations, and opinions contained in the research and studies published in the magazine, but they are under the full responsibility of their owners.

Article (28) The provisions of the general financial laws and regulations shall apply unless there is a special provision in this regard in these regulations or the Universities Organization Law No. 49/1972 and its executive regulations or the Publications Law No. 20/1936 AD.

Article (29) These regulations will be effective as of the University Council’s approval of the amendments contained therein.
