Procedures for registering families in youth care Aug 29 2019 1:25PM The transcripts are prepared with the names of a minimum of (30) male and female students and a maximum of (100) male and female students. The name of the family must be in the Arabic language and have a clear meaning or concept. It is not permissible to establish a student family on an ideological or political basis and not take a name or slogan that suggests that. - Approval of one of the professors for family leadership. Approval of one of the college’s teaching staff assistants as a family rapporteur. Selection of the family board of directors, which consists of 14 male and female students. Develop an activity plan for the family throughout the academic year (activities that the family would like to implement, such as cultural and sports competitions - a trip - a seminar... etc.) - Remember the goals for which the family was formed. Explain the list of basic family systems (any system agreed upon by the general assembly of the family (family members). Example: The General Assembly agrees to meet every time. Collect contributions from family members to finance the implementation of family activities. Finalizing the signatures on the form (family secretary - family rapporteur - family leader - advisor to the college’s family committee - college dean) Submit the family registration form to the Student Families Administration at the General Administration for Student Welfare, with an original and a copy, for review and approval by Prof. Dr., Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs. Student guide to participating in committee activities - Youth Welfare announces the activities of the Union’s committees, which are (Sports Committee - Cultural Committee - Technical Committee - Social and Trips Committee - Families Committee - Traveling and Public Service Committee - Science and Technology Committee) at the beginning of the academic year. - Anyone who wants to participate in the activity or has talent should go to Youth Care to join the committee in which he wants to practice his hobby. - After participating in the activity, he has the right to run for the Student Union
