Cases of penalties for faculty members and supporting staff
Depriving a faculty member who is not committed to ethical principles such as justice, equality, and equal opportunities from participating in college admission tests.
Depriving a faculty member who is not committed to respecting time, adjusting study schedules, and being present at the college by depriving him of linking the memorandum to quality.
Depriving a faculty member who is not committed to professional ethics in the secretariat of cooperation with subordinates by delaying his discussion of scientific theses.
If it is proven that a faculty member is not committed to scientific honesty in carrying out his research, he refuses to submit scientific production, and exposes himself to legal accountability in accordance with the law.
If it is proven that a faculty member is not committed to quoting transmitted texts and scientific works and referring to their source, he will expose himself to legal accountability in accordance with the law.
It is absolutely not permissible for a faculty member to accept personal guidance, and if this is proven, he will be permanently prohibited from teaching and supervising scientific theses (Master’s - Doctorate).
If a faculty member does not adhere to the intellectual and scientific property rights of others, in the event that their research is stolen, the research is rejected and he is denied promotion in accordance with the law.
The faculty member must adhere to the Universities Organization Law, its executive regulations, and its supplementary and amending materials, in addition to the decisions issued by either the university or the college to regulate the work flow of the college.
If a faculty member commits any administrative violation in examination or control work, he will be permanently excluded and will not assume any administrative or leadership position, in addition to being referred for investigation
